Mr. H.C.Suri is the Registrar, Delhi High Court. He has a passion for visual art. He has been into creative art for quite some time and  has   pursued it  with  complete  devotion and  consistency. He   has  created  works  on  Justice  Dispensation ,  Terrorism, Environment, Women Empowerment and other social issues. His paintings convey the intended message with amazing clarity.
